Gold in general and as a investment

Three reasons to invest in gold

There are several good reasons to invest in gold:

1.  Gold has always been a classical investment and should always be a part of a broad portfolio. A good/old recommendation is to put the 15% of your assets in gold. But it can be important to do that outside of the existing financial system, that mean:  Buy physical Gold and not only Gold as a paper or digital option or derivate. After a serious crash in the existing finance system nobody would be able to turn that paper into physical coins or bars

2.  The price of gold is simply destined to grow, for its physical scarcity. The last report of the U.S. Geological Survey estimates 50 tons of gold remain in the earth. annual consumption is about 3000 tons. That means there is gold left just for 50/3 = 17 years. Not to long. New discoveries will be made. But that will be deposits harder to find and to mine than in the past! That Price can only go up. The paper and digital gold options are exceeding the physical reserves by far: if all warrants on gold (which exist only in theory) will be redeemed, the price of gold would explode in a nanosecond!

3.  Since the big collapse of the gold price in 2013, the price of gold made sideways movement until 2019. Now it just came back to the level before Corona. All the federal banks in the world try to push down the gold price. In the past that was working, but time will come, where currencies will loose more and more. With the ever-increasing debt levels in the vast majority of industrialized nations, and especially in the Eurozone, it will become increasingly clear how undervalued the price of gold is.

There are enough analysts who see a gold price of 4 - 5000 USD on the horizon.

The crash in the Corona period was only due to the fact that many actuaries in the financial market had to sell their gold to cover other losses. In the future, people will be smarter.

To own a placer mine could be the right way to invest your money: why to buy gold, which is mostly just on paper, when you can own a real gold mine?

Just 50 tons gold left in planet earth...
